During the milling process, our crew will remove the surface layer of your asphalt while leaving the underlying structure intact. We’ll then lay down new asphalt on top. Hot crack filling includes using thick, rubberized tar being injected in the cracks along your driveway or parking lot. It’s recommended that after completing a crack filling job, you also sealcoat the asphalt.
Sealcoating
An important element of your pavement management plan should be sealcoating. In order to get the job done we use Coal, Tar and Asphalt Emulsion sealer when available. A quality seal job will offer a layer of protection for asphalt and can be applied as early as 90 days after your asphalt has been installed.
