Your parking lot is one of the first things that a customer, client, and visitor will connect to your business. Having the correct line striping for your parking lot is a good indication that the property owner emphasizes maintenance.

Signed into law in July 1990, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) all parking lots no matter the size must have the required amount of designated handicap parking stalls. It’s also appropriate to have a well-marked parking lot that can direct people safely around the parking area. Crosswalks, stop bars, loading-zone markings, and properly marked pickup areas inform pedestrians where they should walk, when to give right-of-way to traffic, and what areas to avoid.
