A lifelong hard worker, Dale started in the trucking and farming industry. He has traveled the grain belt many times while “on harvest” and made many great connections with local CT farmers. His start in the paving industry started over two decades ago as a machine operator and has worked on thousands of projects throughout the northeast. He encompasses a swath of knowledge regarding paving equipment and operations and has a one-of-a-kind approach to business dealings. As an owner-operator, he works in the field every day, but in his off-time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and boating on Candlewood Lake with his family and dogs.
Rob got his start in the paving industry over 15 years ago, working for a local contractor. After several years Rob decided to cut his own path and started a small driveway sealing operation. Due to his hard work and attention to detail this business quickly developed. Soon he was partnered with Dale and the two started Asphalt Repair Solutions, Inc. As an owner-operator Rob works with the paving crew every day, ensuring the same attention to detail is implemented. In the small amount of off-time he has, Rob focuses on raising his young family and has a passion for motorsports and drag car racing.
