A lifelong hard worker, Dale started in the trucking and farming industry. He has traveled the grain belt many times while “on harvest” and made many great connections with local CT farmers. His start in the paving industry started over two decades ago as a machine operator and has worked on thousands of projects throughout the northeast. He encompasses a swath of knowledge regarding paving equipment and operations and has a one-of-a-kind approach to business dealings. As an owner-operator, he works in the field every day, but in his off time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and boating on Candlewood Lake with his family and dogs.
